Eleclean Australia shipping policy

At this stage, Eleclean Australia delivers within Australia only.

Order Processing

Once your order has been received, please allow 1-2 business days for packing and processing.

An e-mail confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.

General Shipping Information

We currently charge a flat fee of $10 for all orders below $99.

We’ve partnered up with Sendle and a shipping tracking number will be provided once the shipment has been dispatched.

All orders are dispatched from our Brisbane warehouse.

Shipping times are based on the day of dispatch, not the purchase date.

Shipping Instructions

We are more than happy to write instructions and provide to our couriers. If you choose to have your order left if you are not at home, responsibility is yours but please feel free to contact us immediately to discuss.

Delivery is between Monday and Friday.

Tracking

Tracking will be provided for all orders once dispatched.

What If I Am Not Home

If no one is available at the delivery address a card will be left and the parcel will be taken to local collection points such as newsagents or service stations for collection. If the item is not collected within 5 business days, it will be returned to us and a fee to re-ship will apply.

Failed Delivery

We may charge a processing fee to re-ship orders that have been returned to us for the following reasons:

  1. Unknown reason – refused or rejected upon delivery
  2. Insufficient / incorrect address entered during the ordering process
  3. Unclaimed parcels from your local collection point
