Eleclean Australia return policy

At Eleclean Australia, customer satisfaction is our priority.

We offer returns and replacements in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and on the terms set out in this Policy.

Please read this Policy before making a purchase, so that you understand your rights as well as what you can expect from us in the event that you are not happy with your purchase.

Returns For Warranty

All our products go through strict quality assurance checks though we understand that sometimes, mistakes do happen. Rest assured, our products are covered with a one-year warranty (or as otherwise stated).

So if you have any issues with your purchases such as product malfunctioning or faulty, send us an image of the issue and some descriptions using the contact information provided at the bottom of the page and we’ll do our best to help you out quickly.

In order to validate and complete your return, we will also require a receipt or proof of purchase issued by us.

We’ll organise a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number for any eligible return requests. Please note that items shipped without an RMA may not be accepted.

There are certain situations where no refund or only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing items for reasons not due to our error
  • Any change of mind returns

Damaged or Faulty Items

We guarantee that the goods you receive from Eleclean Australia will be of acceptable quality, fit for the purpose for which they are sold, match the description and sample or of those goods on display on our website. Where an item has arrived in a damaged condition or is faulty or does not meet the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your delivery.

Change of Mind

We do not offer any refund if you simply change your mind, or find the same product or service cheaper elsewhere.

Refurbished Goods

Goods presented for replacements may be replaced by manufacturer refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair the goods.

Response Time

We aim to process any requests for repairs, replacements or refunds within 10 business days of having received them.

How To Return Your Products

You may contact us to discuss a return using the details at the end of this Policy.

We will pay any refunds in the same form as the original purchase or to the same account or credit card as was used to make the original purchase unless otherwise determined in our sole discretion.

You must provide proof of purchase in order to be eligible for a refund, repair or replacement.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we have received and validated your returned products, we will send you an email to confirm the validation.

If your return/claim is approved, then we’ll notify you via email and the refund will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Eleclean reserves the right to refund postage fee at our discretion.
